Notice of Public Engagement Event #1
Please join us at the first Public Engagement Event for the Cannifton/Corbyville Planning Strategy Project, where we will: share the findings of Phases 1 and 2 of the Study, which consisted of reviewing background information and preparing an inventory and analysis of the Study Area’s existing conditions; and build the vision and strategic directions for the Study Area. The feedback received at this event will also be used to inform the preliminary land use concept.

The Public Engagement Event #1 will take place on Thursday, Sept. 24, 2026, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Signal (86 River Rd., Corbyville). Those attending the session should enter through the main entrance and follow the directional signs to the Public Engagement Event.
The session is structured as a drop-in, open-house event, with informational panels and interactive activities to help inform and shape the draft vision and strategic directions for the Cannifton/Corbyville Planning Area Strategy.
