Coleman Street Reconstruction – Harriett Street to Moira Street

The City of Belleville is undertaking the full reconstruction of Coleman Street, from Harriett Street to Moira Street.

The road and underground infrastructure in this area have reached the end of their service life and require replacement. This project will renew critical municipal infrastructure and reduce the risk of service disruptions for residents, businesses, and emergency services that rely on these systems every day.

Planned Improvements:

• Installation of a new storm sewer system and catch basins

• Replacement of sanitary sewer mains and service connections

• Replacement of the watermain and water service connections

• Complete road reconstruction to an urban cross-section, including new concrete curb and gutter, new concrete sidewalk, and a new asphalt road surface

This work will provide safe and reliable water and wastewater services while improving road conditions in the area.
