Public Information Centre
A Public Information Centre (PIC) was held on Thursday, October 2, 2025 from 3:30 P.M. to 5:30 P.M. at the YMCA of Central East Ontario, Association Services Office (250 Sidney Street, Belleville, ON).
The session was held in an open-house format, where attendees had the opportunity to review a series of panels around the room to learn about the project and discuss/ask questions with City Staff.
The following notice was mailed to residents within 120 metres of the site, as well as all residents on Watson Court:
