The Ministry of Transportation is undertaking a procurement-ready study for the Highway 62 Norris Whitney Bridge twinning and rehabilitation, as per the Recommended Plan detailed in the Transportation Environmental Study Report that was approved in 2021 in accordance with the Class Environmental Assessment for Provincial Transportation Facilities, 2000. The study limits are from 0.2 km south of Dundas Street West within the City of Belleville to County Road 28 in the Regional Municipality of Prince Edward County. The procurement-ready study will focus on refining the Recommended Plan.
