December 2025 Construction Update

Construction of the Bridge Integrated Care Hub continues to progress well as we approach the end of 2025. Partition walls and drywall installation have been completed on the ground floor with the majority of heating, ventilation, plumbing and electrical service distribution nearing completion. Installation of the new elevator shaft is scheduled to commence early in January 2026. As Phase 1 work on the ground floor is the priority for completion, work under Phase 2 on the second floor is progressing appropriately and as required to meet the overall project schedule. On the building's exterior, the new main entrance stairs and ramp have been completed as well as perimeter fencing around the property.

The construction schedule remains on track for completion of Phase 1 in Spring 2026, with completion of Phase 2 following shortly thereafter.
