June 2026 Construction Update

Construction of Phase 1 is now complete and the The Bridge is currently operating out of the ground floor at 1 Alhambra Square.

Construction is progress well on Phase 2 with work on the second floor nearing completion. Mechanical and electrical services are in place and installation of ceilings are expected to be complete shortly. Interior painting and installation of flooring throughout the second floor is ongoing. The installation of the elevator to provide accessibility between the two floors is nearly complete with commissioning to take place in the coming weeks.
