August 2026 - Construction Update

Inside the building work is well underway to install insulation, drywall, mechanical and electrical services. Fire sprinkler piping, ductwork, plumbing and electrical rough-in are all in progress with most nearing completion.

On the building's exterior, the majority of windows have been installed and the roof is complete. Large overhead doors are expected to be installed shortly which will allow the building to be fully dried-in. The granular base for the south parking area is also nearing completion.

Concurrent with the work on site, Enbridge Gas is nearing completion on the installation of natural gas services which will connect the main on Black Diamond Road to the new Belleville Agricultural Society facility. This same system will provide natural gas services to the future lots in the area.
