The City of Belleville is replacing the existing gateway sign at the Northeast Industrial Park, which has reached the end of its useful life and is no longer representative of the area or the City’s employment lands.
The current sign is outdated and deteriorated, limiting its effectiveness as a clear identifier and first impression for businesses, visitors and potential investors. This project will replace the existing structure with a new, modern gateway sign that improves visibility, durability and alignment with City branding.
The new sign will clearly mark the entrance to the Northeast Industrial Park, reinforce the area’s role as a key employment district, and support broader economic development and investment attraction efforts. The project includes the removal of the existing sign, design and fabrication of the replacement, and installation at the gateway location.
