Notice: Proposed Amendment to the Community Improvement Plan

The City of Belleville is inviting residents to attend a Statutory Public Meeting regarding a proposed amendment to the Housing, Downtown Revitalization and Brownfield Redevelopment Community Improvement Plan (CIP).

  • Time: 4 p.m.
  • Location: Council Chambers, Fourth Floor, City Hall (169 Front St.)

The proposed amendment is designed to offer Council more flexibility when reviewing eligibility requirements to expedite approvals of major housing projects.

The purpose of the Public Meeting is to provide an opportunity for residents and interested parties to review the proposed amendment and provide comments.
